Recipe 1: Orange Infused Detox Water for Your Skin

This is a super easy recipe that can be completed in three simple steps.

Orange Detox Water Recipes

To complete this recipe you’ll need:

  • Fresh oranges: Make sure they’re firm and ripe without showing any signs of decay. (Choose the quantity based on how much water you’re planning to make but one per serving is a good rule of thumb)
  • Large glass bottle: Make sure the opening is large enough to slide pieces of your orange through it.
  • Fresh water: If you can start with cold water from the very beginning, much better.

Step 1: Slice the Oranges

Slice the oranges in thin slices or, if your bottle is on the small side, quarter them.

Make sure not to remove the peel, as this will help add flavor to the water.

Step 2: Fill the Bottle

Place your orange slices inside your bottle.

Make sure your bottle is clean before doing this and don’t forget that the orange slices will swell in size so getting them out might be a challenge if your bottle is too small.

Step 3: Fill with Water

Once the oranges are inside the bottle, fill with cold water and leave in the fridge overnight. This will ensure the water is thoroughly infused with flavor and nutrients.

Make sure to drink your detox water in the next couple of days.
