An effective remedy to cure lethargy is using Siberian Ginseng. This herb can increase the number of WBC (white blood cells) and also eliminate invading cells which have been virally infected. This herb can be used to reduce stress, fatigue which are the major causes of lethargy. It can also make you feel energetic, if consumed daily for a month. Centella:
