While the amount of sleep you need will vary based on factors like age, health, and personal preference, getting the same amount of sleep every night will help you to feel more rested in the morning. Make sure to set a reasonable bed-time to which you can commit every night if you want to feel better when you wake up in the morning.
Check Your Bed
You can’t get a good night’s sleep if you don’t have the right bed. If you’ve got an old or outdated bed, your body might not be getting the support it needs at night. Take some time to figure out if your current bed really fits your needs and to look at some of the newer beds on the market.
